Help & contact
Privacy also shapes how we can help.
FlickerTalk does not keep activity logs or a server-side copy of your chat history. We cannot read your conversations, restore lost messages or trace past connections through server logs.
Start here
- Getting the app: on iPhone, from the App Store; on Android, from Google Play.
- Messages waiting for delivery: check that both phones have an internet connection. If the recipient is offline, the optional encrypted mailbox can hold messages for up to 7 days. Files and calls do not use this mailbox.
- Changing phones: use “Move to a new phone” while you still have your old device, before erasing it or uninstalling the app.
- Deleting your data: use Settings → “Erase this phone” before uninstalling. See Delete your data.
- More questions: read our FAQ and How it works.
